Varietal: Shiraz
Alcohol: 14.5%
Tasting Notes: A deep and vibrant magenta in colour. On the nose this wine exhibits blood plum jam with a hint of mint and dark chocolate. This full bodied wine from the heartland of Langhorne Creek shows poetry of complex, gentle round fruit and french oak characters which are mingled with layers of dark forest fruits and mocha interlaced with subtle spice elements. A symmetry of very fine tannins and balanced acidity provide great structure and length. A very elegant, structural wine that will age well in the cellar.
